I first picked up a unicycle in November 2014. Less than two years later, I earned my first medal at UNICON (the world championships) in Spain. Since then I have medalled at two other UNICONs, been prominently featured on the front pages of the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times, and rode 420 miles across Iowa (my home state!) during RAGBRAI.
